Responsive platform with 2 roles for immediate issuance of certificates and validation of payment receipts
Project Overview
A responsive platform with a 2-role structure (caregiver/administrator) allowing caregivers to instantly obtain their employment and qualification certificates in A4 PDF format from their mobile devices, while payment receipts are issued after administrator approval.
Administrator dashboard & integrated management
Key performance indicators (pending approvals, daily issuances, registered caregivers, monthly cumulative issuances) are viewable at a glance, with centralized management of caregiver (member) and client information as well as recent activity logs.
Document issuance flow
A dual flow has been implemented: immediate issuance for 4 types of certificates (employment, membership, qualification copy, registration extract) and issuance after approval for 3 types of receipts (receipt, invoice, certificate). Documents for immediate issuance and those requiring approval are clearly visually differentiated by color badges and indicative messages.
Receipt approval workflow
The complete flow for managing payment receipts has been established: request for receipt/invoice/certificate of care → approval/rejection by the administrator → automatic PDF generation upon approval. A real-time interface update logic based on status changes (pending/approved/rejected) has been implemented, with a fully designed clickable flow including instant status updates and toast notifications upon approval.
