A B2B personnel management console designed for temporary staffing and outsourcing companies. AI conversational matching, geographic route analysis, and document automation digitalize the entire process, from client requests to talent matching, onboarding, payroll, and certificate issuance. We have developed both a dark-themed console for operators and a public site for clients.

A natural language matching assistant that analyzes experience, qualifications, and commute distance to calculate a matching score out of 100, significantly reducing evaluation time for managers.
