Project Description
B2B personnel management console for subcontracting and outsourcing companies. It digitizes the entire operational process, from 'company request → talent matching → onboarding → settlement and issuance of certificates', through conversational AI matching, map-based displacement analysis, and document automation. Both a dark-themed console for the operational team and a public website for clients were developed.
Conversational AI Matching
A natural language matching assistant that analyzes experience, qualifications, and distance of displacement to calculate a matching score out of 100, significantly reducing the review time for managers.
Geographic Area Matching
Visualization on Leaflet maps of the distribution of partner companies and talent within 25 km radius zones, allowing for optimal assignment considering displacement distance.
Document Administrative Automation
Automatic recognition of bulk loading of Excel spreadsheets and flow for issuing retention certificates, shortening the processing of repetitive administrative tasks.
