Responsive platform with 2 roles for instant certificate issuance and payment receipt approval
Project Description
Responsive platform with a 2-role structure (caregiver/administrator) where caregivers receive employment and qualification certificates instantly in A4 PDF format from their mobile devices, and payment receipts are issued upon administrator approval.
Integrated administration and management dashboard
Designed to provide a quick overview of KPIs such as pending approvals, daily issuances, registered caregivers, and accumulated monthly issuances, along with integrated management of caregiver (members), client information, and recent activity logs.
Document issuance flow
A dual flow was implemented where 4 types of certificates (employment certificate, membership certificate, qualification copy, business registration) are issued instantly, while 3 types of receipts (receipt, invoice, certificate of facts) are issued after approval. Usability was ensured by visually distinguishing immediate issuance documents and those requiring approval with badge colors and guiding texts.
Receipt approval flow
The payment receipt management flow was completed: request for care receipt, invoice, or certificate of facts → administrator approval/rejection → automatic PDF issuance upon approval. Real-time UI reflection logic was implemented based on status changes (pending/approved/rejected), and the entire flow was designed for clicks including real-time status updates and toast notifications after approval.
