Project Overview
We have developed a B2B SaaS platform that integrates quotes, bookings, and operational management for the tourism sector (incoming agencies and travel agencies). Foreign agencies can submit quote requests, create itineraries, confirm bookings, and process payments, while operators, partners, and administrators manage events from their own workspaces on this multi-tenant B2B platform.
Travel Agency Portal
A dashboard allows foreign agency managers (Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, etc.) to quickly view ongoing itineraries, pending payments, confirmed bookings, and upcoming events. They can explore recommended packages (Jeju, Seoul, Busan, Tongyeong, etc.) by theme, directly create new itineraries, or individually book hotels within an integrated shopping experience.
AI Assistant
The AI chatbot instantly responds to agents' inquiries regarding payment channels, refund policies, and room changes by automatically referencing the context via the quote number. Complex requests that the AI cannot handle are transmitted in real-time to the responsible operator, ensuring a smooth transition from AI to human within a single conversation channel.
Operational Calendar OP
KPIs (confirmed itineraries, pending payments, bookings, total passengers, total costs, logistical issues) are aggregated and visualized day by day in a Gantt view by tour code, including the responsible OP, guides, accommodations, logistical details, staffing, and amounts. A D-day panel prioritizes the management of upcoming events, with the ability to switch between monthly, daily, Gantt, calendar views, and daily cash flows.
Partner Hotel Portal
Partner hotels monitor in real-time occupancy rates, weekly revenue, upcoming bookings, and pending updates from their own dashboard, and manage weekly inventory by room type (ocean view twin deluxe, standard double, hanok suite) in calendar view. Inventory is automatically deducted when creating itineraries, booking details (tour code, agency, nationality, check-in/out, amount) are easily accessible, and monthly settlements with statement downloads are fully managed from the hotel portal.
