Project Description
We develop a B2B SaaS platform for integrated management of quotes, bookings, and operations for the tourism industry (incoming operators and travel agencies). Foreign agencies manage everything from quote requests to itinerary creation, booking confirmations, and payments, while operators, partners, and administrators manage events from their own workspaces within this multitenant B2B platform.
Agency Portal (Agency)
Upon logging in, travel agency managers from Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, and other countries access a dashboard where they can quickly view ongoing itineraries, pending payments, confirmed bookings, and upcoming events. They can explore recommended packages (Jeju, Seoul, Busan, Tongyeong, etc.) by theme, create new itineraries, or book hotels individually in an integrated shopping experience.
AI Assistant
The AI chatbot responds immediately to inquiries about payment channels, refund policies, and room changes, automatically referencing the context by quote number. Complex requests that the AI cannot resolve are escalated in real-time to the assigned OP, achieving a seamless transition from AI to human within a single conversation channel.
Operational Calendar OP
It adds as KPIs confirmed itineraries, pending payments, confirmed bookings, total passengers, tour costs, and coordination issues. It visualizes by day in a Gantt view by tour code the assigned OP, guide, accommodation, coordination details, number of people, and amounts. A D-day panel for upcoming events prioritizes imminent itineraries, with multiple interchangeable views: monthly, daily, Gantt, calendar, and daily deposits.
Partner Hotels Portal
Partner hotels monitor real-time daily occupancy, weekly sales, scheduled bookings, and update status from their own dashboard, managing weekly inventory by room type (Twin Deluxe Ocean View, Standard Double, Suite Hanok) in calendar view. When creating an itinerary, the inventory is automatically deducted. The booking history displays tour code, agency, nationality, check-in/out, and amount. The automatic monthly settlement deposits the corresponding amounts, and the download of details and settlement receipts by month and booking is completed within the hotel portal.
