Tax filing platform in the United States
SaaS Platform for Online Tax Management for the Korean Diaspora in the United States
Project Overview
A SaaS platform for online tax management designed for the Korean diaspora in the United States and holders of overseas financial accounts, covering the entire process: quote and contract, document submission, electronic signature, and completion of the declaration. For clients who are not familiar with tax procedures, a step-by-step process interface and an intuitive, reassuring dashboard have been designed to visualize the current step and required actions at a glance.

Dual structure client portal + admin console
Clients can track the progress of their case in real-time through 10 steps (quote/contract → worksheet → document submission → review/drafting of the declaration → electronic signature → tax payment → declaration submission → upload of supporting documents → declaration completed) from the dashboard, and submit their documents without omissions thanks to submission and resubmission notifications.

Automated consultation workflow
Consultations from various channels (chatbot, web form, phone) are structured in steps: reception → under review → assignment completed, with a queue system assigning the appropriate advisor based on the content. PolyBot (AI chatbot) is integrated into the dashboard to instantly respond to client inquiries (submission methods, progress tracking, connecting with an advisor), providing real-time assistance even outside of office hours.

PolyGlot Multilingual AI
The client portal and admin console support Korean-English switching via PolyGlot. Dashboard texts, progress steps, and notifications are localized in real-time when the language is changed, offering an identical working experience in the native language for both diaspora clients and local administrators.

Enterprise-level management
The Master Console allows for a quick overview of the total number of clients, ongoing cases, fees, and consultations awaiting assignment. Progress bars by administrator and the recent activity feed enable management to make data-driven decisions regarding overall operational status.
