Project Overview

An automation platform enabling the integrated management of multiple employment assistance programs across 9 agencies nationwide. The legacy system, which operated for 10 years on PHP, has been completely revamped with a modern interface and automated workflows, allowing for the management of over 89,000 cumulative beneficiaries and billions of wons in annual grants on a single screen.

4 key KPIs (cumulative beneficiaries, new registrations YTD, pending approvals, total amount spent) are aggregated in real-time. A national topological map provides a quick overview of the operational status and program distribution of the 9 agencies (Seoul headquarters, Incheon, Suwon, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju, Busan, Ulsan, Jeju). PDF export of operational reports and drafting of approvals are directly accessible from the dashboard.

Post settlement details (consultation fees, transportation costs, educational materials) are calculated automatically, and the multi-level approval chain (accounting → director → CFO → CEO) is processed through electronic approval. Automatic referencing of guidelines, recording of comments and reasons for rejection, and associated attachments, all completed on a single screen.

List management and detailed profile of each beneficiary's status (initial consultation, placement, vocational training, employment obtained), responsible agency and advisor, next appointment, and progress rate. Synthetic consultation of history via consultation file tabs, employment history, and payment details, with visualization of consultation schedules by advisor in a weekly calendar view for conflict-free management.
