Integrated Employment Support Program Management Platform
Automation platform that manages and operates employment support programs across 9 national locations in an integrated manner
Project Description
An automation platform that enables the integrated operation and management of multiple employment support programs across 9 national locations. A 10-year-old legacy system based on PHP was completely renewed with a modern UI and automated workflows, allowing management of over 89,000 accumulated beneficiaries and the execution of subsidies worth billions of won annually on a single screen.

Integrated dashboard for 9 national locations
The 4 key KPIs are updated in real-time: accumulated beneficiaries, new registrations for the year, pending approvals, and total amount executed. The operational status and program proportions of the 9 locations—Seoul headquarters, Incheon, Suwon, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju, Busan, Ulsan, and Jeju—are visualized at a glance on a national topological map. The export of operational reports in PDF and the creation of approvals are directly connected from the dashboard.

Electronic approval and automation of expense receipts
Settlement details by item (consultation fees, transportation, educational materials) are automatically calculated, and the multi-level approval chain (Approval Chain) is processed through electronic approval: accounting team → site director → CFO → CEO. Automatic referencing of regulatory guidelines, recording of comments and reasons for rejection, and attachment of related documents are all completed on a single screen.

Beneficiary management and consultation scheduling
The status of each beneficiary (initial consultation, job referral, vocational training, completed employment), location, assigned responsible person, next appointment, and progress percentage are managed through a detailed list and profile. The beneficiary's history can be comprehensively reviewed through tabs for consultation history, employment history, and payment records, and weekly calendar view displays consultation appointments by responsible person to avoid scheduling conflicts.
